Green Amendments for the Generations is a movement that aims to secure constitutional recognition and protection of inalienable rights to pure water, clean air, a stable climate, and healthy environments for all people, including future generations. Founded by environmental advocate, leader of the Delaware Riverkeeper network, and attorney Maya K. van Rossum, the movement seeks to advance a national Green Amendment movement state by state, ensuring strong and meaningful enforcement of environmental rights amendments in the Bill of Rights section of every constitution.
